Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our refund promise is simple: if the MASA Business MRI™ report isn't meaningful for your business, you get your money back.

Our commitment: If the report we deliver does not provide clear, honest, and actionable insight for your business, write to us within 7 days of delivery and we will refund the full ₹5,000 you paid. No arguments, no long forms.

1. When you can request a refund

  • The report you received wasn't meaningful or actionable for your business.
  • The service was not delivered within 7 business days of successful payment (excluding delays caused by our team needing to reach you for clarifications).
  • You were charged twice for the same submission through a technical error.

2. When we may not be able to refund

  • The submission was intentionally filled with false, incomplete, or fake information that made a meaningful diagnosis impossible.
  • More than 7 days have passed since we delivered your report and no refund request was raised.
  • The refund is being requested purely because you disagree with our expert findings — the report was still delivered as promised.

3. How to request a refund

  1. Email bdm@tufwud.in from the same email address you used when submitting the form.
  2. Include your submission ID and Razorpay payment ID (both are visible on your thank-you page and payment receipt).
  3. Briefly tell us why the report wasn't useful for you — this helps us do better.

4. How long refunds take

  • We acknowledge every refund request within 2 business days.
  • Once approved, the refund is initiated through Razorpay to the original payment method.
  • The refund typically reflects in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Cancellation before delivery

Since the report is prepared manually by our team as soon as your payment is confirmed, the work often begins within a few hours of your submission. If you'd like to cancel before the report is delivered, write to us immediately at bdm@tufwud.in. If work has not yet started, we'll refund the full amount. If work is already in progress, we may retain a small portion to cover the consultant's time.
