By using this website or purchasing the MASA Business MRI™, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. About the service
The MASA Business MRI™ is a paid diagnostic service where you complete a 50-question, 10-domain self-assessment and receive an expert-written analysis report from the MASA Forum team.
- The current price is ₹5,000 (Indian Rupees), one-time, per submission.
- The report is delivered by email, typically within 2 business days.
- The report is a professional opinion, not a legal, financial, or investment recommendation.
3. Your responsibilities
- You will provide accurate, honest, and truthful answers to the diagnostic questions.
- You will provide a valid email and phone number so we can deliver your report.
- You will not attempt to interfere with, tamper with, or reverse-engineer the website or its systems.
- You will not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringing.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by Razorpay. By clicking "Pay", you authorise the charge on your chosen payment method. The submission is only accepted after payment is successful and the signature is verified on our server.
5. Delivery
Because this is a service (not a physical product), "delivery" means the emailing of the completed diagnostic report to the email address you provided. Typical turnaround is 2 business days. Complex or unclear submissions may take a little longer — if so, we'll let you know.
6. Refunds
Our refund terms are described in the Refund Policy. In short: if the report doesn't provide meaningful, actionable insight for your business, we'll refund in full when you write to us within 7 days of delivery.
7. Intellectual property
- The MASA Business MRI™, MASA Business Operating System™, MASA Business Health Card™, and MASA Business Maturity Model™ are trademarks and frameworks of MASA Forum.
- The report we deliver is for your internal business use. You may not resell it or represent it as anyone else's work.
- You retain full ownership of the answers and evidence you provide; we use them only to prepare your report and improve our service internally.
8. Confidentiality
We treat your submitted answers, evidence, and report as confidential business information. We do not share them with any third party except as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of liability
The MRI report is a professional assessment, but the outcomes of any business decision depend on many factors outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from this service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific submission.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our operating city.
